You are not meant to do them all: each town draws you one quest from a daily pool and one from a weekly pool, so what matters is what an average draw is worth rather than what the pile adds up to.
Both open at level 12, and both end in a pair of earrings for the Citizen of Honour — the same stats in either town, so the choice is which town you would rather be in.

Every figure on this page is read out of the quest dataset the rest of the site runs on, so it cannot drift from it. Pool sizes are cross-checked against the game's own overview, which states them separately; if the two disagree the pool says so.
